At Bodycare, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on items that are in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bodycare account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
